The soccer complex, owned and operated by the City of Dyersburg, has 9 multipurpose fields with bleachers, 3 paved parking lots (234 parking spaces), a gravel parking lot, and a maintenance building. The parking areas can be accessed from the Hwy 51 Bypass and Samaria Bend Road.

In a statement regarding the acquisition of the property, Dyersburg Mayor John Holden said, “On Thursday, August 20, 2020, the City of Dyersburg completed the acquisition of the last of eleven separate real estate parcels in South Dyersburg required for its National Disaster Resiliency Grant project being constructed in South Dyersburg. This project, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development, will provide much needed flood and storm water management facilities as well as walking trails, green spaces, and a new soccer field complex. These improvements will enhance property values in South Dyersburg and provide much needed recreational opportunities for all of the residents of Dyersburg."
